MY JOURNEY WITH LIGHT LANGUAGE
For me, channeling Light Language feels deeply intuitive and natural — a sacred soul remembrance. There is no need to “know” anything; often, it is the mind that gets in the way, questioning and doubting our own authenticity.
Opening to Light Codes is a process of allowing the “ego” or “thinking mind” to step aside, creating space for trust. It is an invitation to receive whatever comes through as immensely powerful, knowing that all the codes for healing already reside within us.
My journey has been one of surrender — letting go of expectations and simply leaning into what is. It’s about clearing the channel and allowing Spirit to guide me toward truth and healing. This process is ongoing, but I feel deeply called to share this high-vibrational tool with as many souls as possible. It is a gift that can subtly shift our conscious reality, aligning our hearts with the vibration of pure beauty, love, and healing.

PREPARATIONS AND DEEP LISTENING
These healing transmissions carry potent energy that can spark deep shifts and activations. To receive the most benefit, it's important to approach your experience with intention and care.
Create a peaceful, comfortable space where you can fully relax and surrender to the journey. You might choose to lie down on your bed or set up a cosy spot with a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
Enhance the atmosphere by lighting a candle or using incense or essential oils—whatever helps you feel calm and grounded.
For the best sound quality and the most immersive experience, headphones are recommended, though a good speaker is also an option if you prefer.
To support your body’s receptivity, please avoid caffeine for at least a couple of hours beforehand, and refrain from alcohol and any psychoactive or psychedelic drugs on the day of your session.
