YOGA

I first stepped onto a Yoga mat as a teenager, overwhelmed, anxious, and burnt out. Fast forward a few years, and I found myself immersed in my first teacher training in 2018, igniting a passion to share this incredible, healing practice with the world.

Yoga was the melody that gently tuned my soul, teaching me to see the beauty in the everyday rhythm of life. My sadhana — my daily practice — became a song of self-care, a composition of resilience and awareness that awakened me to the path I walk today.

Through Yoga, I discovered the symphonic forces pulsing through me — as a woman, as a human, as part of the living, breathing universe. I began to tune into the vibrations of every living cell, the cosmic hum that unites us all.

The Yoga I share today is a fusion of the teachings I’ve gathered along my journey, predominantly inspired by the philosophies of Nondual Tantra, Bhakti, and Nada Yoga — the yoga of sound. I bring these sacred practices into harmony, weaving them into the flow of each session.

Most of my offerings are accompanied by soundscapes I create, compose, and perform live — a blend of chanting, somatic movement, breath, and space to let whatever arises be heard. The sound weaves through the body, calming the nervous system, activating healing frequencies, and allowing the soul to breathe in its truest rhythm.

My practice flows like the tides — guided by my cycles, by the seasonal dance of the sun, moon, and stars. There’s little rigid structure in my classes; this is the feminine path — wild, untamed, liberated, and free. It’s an invitation for you, dear soul, to embrace your own rhythm.

In my spaces, you are the composer. You have full autonomy. You choose how, when, and why you participate. You select the options that resonate with your body in the moment. Whether you wish for gentle touch assists, or prefer to rest in stillness, the choice is always yours. You will always receive respect, care, and support for whatever you need in any given moment.

I’d love to have you join me. Come as you are — all are welcome, in every note in the symphony of your being.

THE PATH OF THE HEART

The philosophy of Non-Dual Tantra rests on the understanding that divinity is present within all things. Through the sacred dance of Shiva and Shakti, we witness the play of polarity and duality. It is through embracing and accepting duality that we come to experience the profound beauty of life and awaken to the truth that God exists within all things.

This path is one of non-rejection — the embodiment of the present moment, knowing that the only reality we truly have is here and now. Every breath, every vibration, every heartbeat is sacred.

The path of the heart — Bhakti Yoga — is the journey of deep devotion and love. Bhakti teaches us to surrender to the divine through the heart, to offer everything in pure love and reverence. It is a practice of experiencing the divine in every moment, whether in stillness, in service, or in the beauty of creation. Through Bhakti, we open ourselves to the vastness of unconditional love and deepen our connection to the divine within and around us.

All of my offerings are deeply rooted in this philosophy — a celebration of the divine within all aspects of existence. Through sound, movement, and stillness, we come into direct experience with the sacredness of our being and the world around us.

"The human body is not an instrument to be used, but a realm of one's being to be experienced, explored, enriched and, thereby, educated. We cannot sense without acting and we cannot act without sensing."
