Service Description

Frequency is the language of the Universe. This session is a multidimensional sound and light activation, a remembering and a homecoming to your deepest soul blueprint, held within a field of safety, presence, and higher support. We begin by tuning into your heart’s intention. This is a soft, soul led listening for what is ready to be released, received, or remembered. You are invited to rest deeply, wrapped in blankets and cushions, allowing the body to feel supported and at ease so the nervous system can gently settle. During the session you will wear a Lumenate Nova light therapy eye mask, which uses gentle pulses of light to guide the mind into expanded states of consciousness. As the eyes remain closed, the light patterns interact with the brain’s natural rhythms, helping to quiet mental chatter and open the doorway to deeper inner landscapes. Each session opens with a transmission of energy healing, channelled for your highest good. This prepares your energy field to receive sound and supports grounding, balance and regulation. From here, Frequency of Light™ becomes the guiding force. Working intuitively with light encoded crystal bowls, voice, drums and precisely tuned crystal tools such as forks, pyramids and merkaba forms, we activate and harmonise your intention. As crystalline sound moves through the body and light pulses softly behind the eyes, the nervous system begins to shift into deep rest. These frequencies support cellular remembrance, the release of stored emotion and ancestral patterning, and the opening of subtle inner vision. As the tones move through you, crystalline strands of DNA may begin to awaken, dormant gifts can stir, and space is created for higher timelines to anchor into your life. The session includes 30 minutes of sound healing (including 30 minutes of light immersion with the Lumenate Nova mask) followed by 30 minutes of integrative energy healing (intuitively selected from Rahanni or Reiki). Each session is a co creation with the divine. The Lumenate Nova mask uses pulsing light to guide brainwave states and may not be suitable for everyone. This experience is not recommended for those with a history of photosensitive epilepsy, seizures, or light-triggered migraines.
