Service Description

Frequency is the language of the Universe. A Frequency of Light® session is a crystal sound healing experience designed to help you relax, restore balance and reconnect with yourself. The Frequency of Light® Method brings together crystal singing bowls, gentle energy work, sacred geometry, healing voice and other vibrational tools to create a deeply nurturing space for rest, reflection and renewal. Every session begins by gently connecting with your intention. Together, you and your practitioner will explore what you may be ready to release, receive or remember. You will then be invited to get comfortable with blankets and cushions, allowing your body to soften and your nervous system to settle into a place of safety. Using light-encoded crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, sacred geometry tools and healing voice, your practitioner will intuitively guide the session according to what is present for you in that moment. Every Frequency of Light® practitioner brings their own unique presence, intuition and gifts, meaning no two sessions are ever the same. Within the Frequency of Light® Method, we work with the body's energetic system, including an expanded chakra model and the wider energetic field. Many people describe experiencing a profound sense of peace, emotional release, mental clarity or deep relaxation. Others notice colours, memories, sensations or imagery arising naturally during the session. Every experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to receive. Your practitioner will offer a compassionate, trauma-aware space where your body and nervous system can settle, allowing your own innate capacity for balance, integration and wellbeing to gently emerge. Each session is co-created in the moment, meeting you exactly where you are and honouring your own unique journey.
