We are excited to bring back our monthly Yin and Sound Baths for Autumn. Yin Yoga is a great way to reset your body and mind and with the additional Sound experience you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Expect crystal bowls, chimes, bells and soaring vocals.
No prior experience necessary.
