WINTER SOLSTICE: CANDLELIT SOUND BATH

You are warmly invited to a deeply restorative experience—a sound healing journey designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you with the stillness within.

In this session, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation as the space fills with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice and other sacred instruments.

These sounds aren’t just heard—they are felt. They move through the body like ripples on water, gently dissolving stress, loosening tension, and helping the nervous system settle into a state of rest and repair.

No experience is necessary. This is a safe and welcoming space for everyone—whether you’re completely new to sound healing or simply in need of a moment to breathe. You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably, supported with cushions and blankets, as sound waves do the work of soothing your system from the inside out.
