SUPER-CHARGED SOUND BATH (LIVE)

Come and rest in the reverence of community healing, and beautiful sound bathing!

This is an opportunity like no other to come together and fully rest in the peace we need and deserve as you are guided through a nourishing, opening and enchanting soundscape.

Recharge the nervous system with our specially curated, full-spectrum CBD to help the process of rest. You’ll then be guided through a gentle breath work sequence before being guided into rest and bathing in nourishing sound for an extra-long meditation.

Sound healing has been used for millennia to help attune the body and mind with sacred frequencies - allowing for cellular healing and full body recharge. You will be bathed in the blissful vibrations of planetary gongs (David + Carlo), crystal alchemy bowls (Molly) and ambient digital sound scapes (Sean) along with beautiful chants and sacred songs for heart Healing.

The largest North London Sound Bath of 2022. This is one you won't want to miss! Come bearing an open heart and a big smile for an evening of love and community.

All abilities and experience levels are welcome! Please bring along your Yoga mat and some cosies and comfies to stay warm during sound bath. Blankets, bolsters, eye pillows and cushions (and PJs) all recommended!

Please come via public transport where possible, parking at Jackson's Lane and in London in general is difficult and expensive. The nearest tube stop is Highgate. 

Please be prepared to offer a full COVID 19 vaccination pass or a NHS Lateral Flow test (taken within 24 hours before arrival) in order to gain entry to the event. Social distancing will be hard during the event so we politely request all persons attending are responsible for their own COVID 19 status.
