A weekend of yoga and wellbeing nestled deeply in the heart of the welsh countryside, join us for two nights in the wilderness at the gorgeous off-grid Pembrokeshire eco lodge and get back in touch with nature. Quiet Earth, Pembrokeshire is a truly magical place; Grand Designs Eco home award winner 2008, Quiet Earth Retreat is a two storey load-bearing straw bale house (first in the UK). A luxurious off-grid home, offering a truly sustainable experience in a very beautiful and quiet haven. 

Situated in St Dogmaels on a hilltop overlooking breathtaking views of Cardigan estuary, close to local beaches and the breathtaking Pembrokeshire coastal footpath, you'll experience true sustainable, community living in a beautiful and luxurious eco-house. Plus we'll have access to the stunning wood-fired hot tub! 

Our weekend will consist of morning and evening Yoga practices, silent and lead meditations, creative mindfulness, hiking, holistic therapies, cacao ceremony and deliciously fresh, plant-based foods. You will enjoy sumptuous, organic whole-foods, nourishing smoothies and lovingly-crafted foods. All designed to leave you feeling energised, nourished and connected to earth.
