Spring Equinox Yoga & Sound Bath Mini Retreat!

Join Laura (@energy.in.flux) and myself for a two-hour, blissful mini Yoga retreat from the comfort of your own home!

We will open our morning with some gentle meditation and breathwork, inspiring the flow of embodied bliss to work deeper into the body - ready for intention setting and journaling. Flowing fluidly through some easeful journaling prompts we will then begin to move, gently and soulfully, in union with the breath. Gradually building heat and openness through the body, we will flow seamlessly through an accessible vinyasa sequence designed to hit all areas and suit all abilities, accompanied by a blissful soundscape of singing bowls and sacred instruments. 

There will be lots of options given for all abilities so please bring along any props you like to use to keep yourself in the flow! To close we will sink into some deep, marinating Yin poses before drifting off in a long, beautiful savasana and soundbath lead by Laura. There will then be opportunity to share closing thoughts and feelings with the circle, or a little solo journaling time if you would rather. The perfect start to a Sunday morning.
