Sound & Soul: Cacao Ceremony, Elemental Dance Wisdom + Sound Healing

Surrender with us as we celebrate an ecstatic evening of guided movement, breathwork, sacred cacao and a radiant sound bath facilitated by Molly Chinner.

Sacred Cacao has been used for millennia by indigenous people to open the heart and awaken the soul. A gentle and expansive plant medicine, Cacao allows us to step outside of the mind and enter the heart, clearing a pathway for our greatest desires to unravel without resistance. When drunk in ceremony Cacao can be a transformational and loving medicine. During this session we will welcome in the spirit of Cacao with love as she guides us to our hearts and authentic intentions.

You will be guided through a nourishing movement practice; embarking on a journey through our elemental nature and the building blocks of life, exploring & expressing through Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. Music will support the unravelling of our movement as we reconnect to our true nature & elemental wisdoms within.

Using the sacred power of the breath and body we will awaken our flow of energy and connect back to our highest Self. Without fear present, we move into love, joy and gratitude.

Finishing with an ambient soundscape of crystal bowls, drums, chimes and sacred mantra. Come bearing an open heart and a big smile for an evening of love and community.

All abilities and experience levels are welcome! Please bring along your cosies and comfies to stay warm during sound bath. Cushions and mats are provided but please bring anything else you'd like for comfort.
