A monthly community event celebrating community, wellness, and togetherness. Dive into a day filled with the harmonious blend of yoga, soul-nurturing sound healing, finishing with tea and cake!

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Flow: Open with a beautiful and flowing yoga sequence, guided by Salacia. Connect with the cadance of your breath and sink into your body, welcoming the sweetness of self-care and shared serenity. Yoga will be adaptable and adjustable for all abilities and ages. You're welcome exactly as you are.

🎶 Soulful Sound Session: Settle down to immerse yourself in the resonating sounds of healing frequencies, guided by Molly and her angelic crystal singing bowls. Let the tranquil tones and vibrations wash over you, creating a space for deep relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation.

🍽️ Tea & Cake: If you have the time you're welcome to stick around for a steaming cup of tea and delicious cake at The Canteen, Nailsworth.
