Sanctuary is an invitation to gather with like-minded souls and reclaim your wild Self in the jaw-dropping scenery of the Peak District. We offer a sanctuary for rest as the days grow longer. A chance to slow down and tune in to what your heart needs right now. 

The Retreat 

Our home for the week is a rustic and contemporary old cattle shed conversion situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park. The house has 11 beautifully appointed ensuite rooms and an open-plan lounge dining room with spectacular views across the Hope Valley. Expect to relax in front of the fire, dine alfresco on the large south-facing terrace, and stargaze around the fire pit as the night draws in. 

Ethical Dining

We are thrilled to be collaborating with the amazing Wild Thing to provide the food for our trip. Wild Thing is a non-profit business based in Cardiff which aims to make good food accessible for all. And my-oh-my is it good food!

 

Wild Thing will be bringing us a fully plant-based menu packed full of delicious veggies, grains, and pulses. Expect abundant, nourishing plant-based feasts for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners made from scratch using sustainable and local ingredients.

The Practices

Sanctuary, Summits, and Sound offer something for everyone. Our days will be sprinkled with whole-body goodness and we work with a fluid schedule that caters to the energy of the group. Prices 

Private room with large double bed & ensuite bathroom: £975 for one personShared same-sex twin room with ensuite bathroom: £725 per personSubsidized same-sex twin room with ensuite bathroom: £425 per personSubsidized places are intended for those on low/no income, students, and those who would not be able to afford the full price of a retreat. We are able to offer four places at this subsidized rate, please contact us if you would like one.

BOOKINGS POLICY

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 35% will be payable upon booking. A further 35% will be payable by 24th January 2022 and the balance will then need to be paid no later than March 28th 2022. IMPORTANT: Once the deposit is paid you enter into a contract that agrees to you following through with the above payment plan. You will be expected to pay the full amount. CANCELLATIONS: We are unable to accept cancellations UNLESS you arrange for another person to take your space. This is the only way we will be able to refund payments on the balance (please note the deposit remains non-refundable).  If cancellations are made within six weeks of the retreat starting, no refund is possible on the balance either.
