SANCTUARY: AGE OF AQUARIUS

Join us for a beautiful recharge in January to step through the portal of Aquarius and into 2022. 

This is an opportunity like no other to come together in celebration of a new beginning, releasing anything that no longer serves our highest purpose and stepping into our full abundance. Surrender with us as we dance through an ecstatic evening of guided movement, breathwork, sacred cacao and radiant sound bath facilitated by Molly Chinner + Cat Hindson. 

Sacred cacao has been used for millennia by indigeonous peoples to open the heart and awaken the soul. A gentle and expansive plant medicine, Cacao allows us to step outside of the mind and enter the body, clearing a pathway for our greatest wants and needs to unravel without resistance. When drunk in ceremony, Cacao can be a transformational and loving medicine. During this session we will welcome in the Cacao Goddess with love as she guides our intentions into a new era of blossoming beauty.

Cat will also be guiding us through a potent breathwork practice, rooting into a felt sense of the body and what is present within each of us as we flow through the portal of Aquarius. Breathwork is a powerful approach to self-exploration and healing, mixing modern neuroscience and physiology with Eastern spiritual practices and mystical tradition. Using the sacred power of the breath we will regulate the nervous system, release tension, clear residue, melt away stress, fear and anxiety, and connect back to our highest Self. Without fear present, we move into love, joy and gratitude.

Finishing with an ambient soundscape of crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, himalayan bowls and sacred mantra.

All abilities and experience levels are welcome! Please bring along your cosies and comfies to stay warm during sound bath. Blankets, bolsters, mats + eye pillows provided. 

Please be prepared to offer a full COVID 19 vaccination pass or a NHS Lateral Flow test (taken within 24 hours before arrival) in order to gain entry to the event. Social distancing will be hard during the event so we politely request all persons attending are responsible for their own COVID 19 status.
