North Nibley Community Yoga

A jolly good community Yoga session!

Nothing intense, just gentle movement, breath and meditation, together under the setting sun. We are all in need of a sense of community and a release of stored tension in these strange times, we can find that in one another.

Suitable for all ages and abilities. Please bring your own Yoga mat, towel, sanitiser and any other props you need. You must also respect the minimum 2m social distance between people and stay at home if you feel unwell. We will only be accepting 8 registered students at a time, on a first-come-first-serve basis. If the demand is much greater we can look at a second weekly class. If you need to cancel please let us know asap so we can accept somebody from the waiting list.

No parking so please walk or cycle. Walk down the main path to Hunt's Court. Follow the directions on the blackboard when you arrive. You will see us!
