New Years Eve: Sound Journey into 2023

As we close out the high-pace year of 2022 - a softer and more nourishing energy lands in the collective and planetary pulse as we ease gently through the Earth sign of Capricorn. This session will begin with a sharing circle - reflecting on how the 2022 prevailing energy has landed for us all, with space for intention-setting inspired by oracle cards and collective sound creation through the power of voice. We will welcome in our gratitudes and reflections for the year past and make space for new intentions to arise through the gentle arms of Capricorn who nourishes and motivates our arising ambitions for the new year. After gently grounding into the  season, we’ll relax into a transformational and explorative sound journey designed to nourish our onward integration of 2022 - paving the way for new inspiration and energy to blossom through 2023. Molly's signature sound journeys incorporate a wide array of instruments, vocals, crystal bowls and transcendental gongs blended with shamanic drumming, soothing mantra and hypnotic ambient sounds to create a cocoon of sound that carries you beyond the edge of consciousness and into the space beyond. Sound bathing is an incredible tool in which to meditate and attune to higher vibrations. To relax and ease the physical body into new levels of rest. To explore the potential for spiritual or connected experiences, deepening insight, inution and softening the edges to shift what no longer serves you in favour of something better.

All welcome! Children + under 16's must be accompanied by a carer or guardian.

Mats, bolsters, eye pillows & blankets will be provided, but please bring anything else along that could make this experience more comfortable for you. Wear warm and loose-fitting clothes, bring a bottle of water and any talismans/crystals you wish to aid you on this journey.
