NEW MOON: SOUND JOURNEY

It's the first New Moon of 2021 and boyyyy are we getting served those BOSS vibes!

This New Moon in Capricorn brings with it themes of productiveness, extroversion and some serious empire building energy. This is a great time to get out there are start that project you've been dreaming up. Buuuuut first things first, let's lie on the floor together and drift off to some super sweet vibrations. 

You're invited to experience extra-special sound journey, what makes it extra special? It's online! No cold studio floors or air con to battle with - simply get into bed, stick on your headphones and settle in to the deep vibrations of sacred instruments. 

You'll be guided through a deep and relaxing meditation with the celestial sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and bells. 

No experience necessary.

Notes; Your blood pressure and temperature will drop during meditation. Please be sure to wrap up warm and bury yourself under a pile of blankets.
