Join me in The lovely Roundhouse in Bovingdon, Hemel Hempstead every Tuesday for a transformative morning class designed to awaken your body, mind, heart and spirit. 

This unique journey combines the power of embodied movement, yoga flow, somatic ecstatic dance, breath, sound healing, sacred song, and resting practices to help you unfurl your wings and connect deeply with your inner landscape. 

You’ll be guided through a transformational movement journey, set to an inspiring soundscape, finishing with crystal bowl sound healing and healing mantras.
