LOVE ALL WAYS: CACAO CEREMONY, DANCE JOURNEY + SOUND BATH

I'm thrilled to be able to host one of my first teachers and the most beautiful soul Sandra Barnes of LOVEALLWAYS at the beautiful Soma Lab, Stoke Newington for a special evening of re-connection and community.

This is an opportunity like no other to come together and share an evening of remembering ~ Feeling into the realities we so often forget & the truths we all carry. 

Surrender with us as we dance through an ecstatic evening of sacred Cacao, beautiful dance journey and radiant sound bath facilitated by Sandra and Molly Chinner. Moving & feeling into & through the world of the extra ordinary.

Sacred cacao has been used for millennia by indigeonous peoples to open the heart and awaken the soul. A gentle and expansive plant medicine, Cacao allows us to step outside of the mind and enter the heart, clearing a pathway for our greatest wants and needs to unravel without resistance.

When drunk in ceremony, Cacao can be a transformational and loving medicine. During this session we will welcome in the spirit of Cacao with love as she guides our intentions into a new era of love + blossoming beauty.

You will be guided through a delicious movement practice; embarking on a journey through our elemental nature & the building blocks of life ~ Exploring & expressing through Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. Music will support the unravelling & movement as we reconnect to our true nature & elemental wisdoms within.

Finishing with an ambient soundscape of gongs, crystal bowls, drums, chimes and sacred mantra.

All abilities and experience levels are welcome! 

Please bring along your cosies and comfies to stay warm during sound bath. Cushions and mats are provided but please bring anything else you'd like for comfort.

In the interests of environmental protection, please also bring a special cup or chalice for your cacao!

FAQs

WHERE IS THE CEREMONY & HOW DO I GET THERE?

The event will be held at SomaLab in Stoke Newington. There is little available free parking - the closest station would be Stoke Newington.

WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?

18:00 arrival - 20:30 departure

CAN I DRINK CEREMONIAL CACAO IF (...)?

Ceremonial Cacao is a potent and magickal plant medicine. I use the highest grade Cacao organically and ethically sourced from the Tsatayaku association in Ecuador. A ceremonial dose of Cacao is between 40-50g and can have some purgative/stimulating effects due to the Theobromine and Caffeine content. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking SSRI's or have any serious conditions please let me know beforehand so I can prepare a lower/no dose for you.

DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCED SOUND BATHING BEFORE?

All are very welcome - no sound bathing experience is necessary. Please let us know in advance if you suffer with serious heart conditions, have a pacemaker, tinitus, epilepsy or any other condition that might be effected by the vibration of sounds.

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS INCLUDED?

Movement will be free flowing with no wrongs or rights. Sandra will offer some prompts & words of guidance, but everything is simply an invitation & you can tune into what feels right for you at any time. The music will be your main guide for expression & everything is welcome from rolling on the ground, to sitting or lying to absorb whats going on around & within.

ARE ALL ASPECTS COMPULSORY?

We'd like to create cohesion and connection amongst the group so encourage full participation. However it’s your body and your time, so if you feel called to skip an experience, it’s up to you. Please note that doing so will not affect the price in any way as all pricing is fully inclusive.

WHAT’S THE BOOKING POLICY?

If I have to cancel for any reason your payments are refundable in full up until June 11th. Refunds are available for customer cancellations up to and including 1st after which no refunds can be given.
