Join Molly Chinner for an evening of love, devotion, music and community. Kirtan is a traditional practice of singing heart songs, Sanskrit mantras and devotional music in togetherness. The evening will begin with us giving gratitude, offering blessings and setting intentions with a delicious cup of ceremonial cacao—an ancient plant medicine which will open our hearts and raise our collective vibration. We will then journey into our practice of mantra meditation. We will sing and chant sacred mantras, accompanied by the music of harmonium and guitar, allowing the music to be unifying and uplifting – connecting to the divinity within ourselves, each other, and the whole world around us. A cup of delicious vegan + organic Ccacao included! No singing or previous kirtan experience is needed – come as you are. All welcome. Please note that a full ceremonial dose will be offered, but it’s up to everyone how much they’d like to drink. Cacao may not be suitable for those who are taking SSRIs, pregnant and/or breastfeeding, suffering from and/or taking medication for any heart, autoimmune or blood pressure conditions.
