Festive Flow! (In aid of Stroud Women's Refuge)

Happy Christmas!

Whether you're home celebrating a holiday or just chillin' at home, here's a fun and festive class to get your spirits up! We'll boogie through some of your favourite Christmas tunes before finishing with a deep and restorative meditation to find a moment of stillness in amongst the hustle and bustle of the holidays. We'll conclude with a Christmas tipple and a mince pie together on zoom!

This class is being held in aid of Stroud Women's Refuge. A beautiful charity supporting women and children who may be in vulnerable or dangerous situations. With domestic abuse cases on the rise over this highly challenging period of lockdown and the weather making it even more dangerous to be on the streets, women and children are often left in terrible conditions without much help. Stroud Women's Refuge offer a place to go, help and much needed support for people that might be facing these challenges. Please do give generously to this amazing cause!
