Equinox Flow

Come and join us on the mat for an extra special extended Vinyasa flow to celebrate the Spring Equinox. 

Set to candlelight and suitable for all abilities and body types, come and spend a few hours relaxing in our beautiful little space. 

We will move, meditate and manifest good vibes together, mindfully working our way through an extended 90 minute movement practice and into a luxuriously long relaxation.
