Drift through the senses with this cosmic sound journey lead by Little Paradise at Open House Hackney.Â
Unlock, restore and realign all seven chakras with an ambient soundscape designed to stimulate all your senses and draw the body back into a state of heart-brain coherence. A mix of digital, drone and crystalline frequencies to ignite and inspire your energies, expect a total and full body recharge. Just 20 minutes of sound bath can equate to 5 hours of sleep in terms of cellular regeneration.Â
Expect a mixture of ancient and contemporary instuments, binural beats + techniques, along with sacred sounds, mantra + chanting to land you back in the heart centre and leave you feeling connected and rested.Â
Mats, blankets + cushions provided. Please bring extra blankets, warm clothes, eye pillows and any other comforts you require.Â
