Unlock, restore and realign all seven chakras with an ambient soundscape designed to stimulate all your senses and draw the body back into a state of heart-brain coherence. A mix of digital, drone and crystalline frequencies to ignite and inspire your energies, expect a total and full body recharge. Just 20 minutes of sound bath can equate to 5 hours of sleep in terms of cellular regeneration.
Expect a mixture of ancient and contemporary instuments, binural beats + techniques, along with sacred sounds, mantra + chanting to land you back in the heart centre and leave you feeling connected and rested.
