A candlelit evening of crystal singing bowls and gong for deep rest and relaxation.
Step away from the noise of everyday life and into a warm, softly lit space where you can simply switch off for a while.
The Crystalline Sound Bath is one of The Tone Temple’s signature experiences. You’ll be invited to get comfortable, lie down beneath a blanket and allow the sounds of crystal singing bowls and gong to wash around you.
There’s nothing you need to do, achieve or get right. No meditation experience is needed. Simply close your eyes, listen and rest.
Throughout the session, crystal singing bowls create soft, sustained tones, while the deeper vibrations of the gong add rich waves of sound that can be felt as well as heard. Together, they create an immersive soundscape designed to help you slow down, release some of the tension of the day…
