CANDLELIT SOUND BATH

You are warmly invited to a deeply restorative sound healing journey, created to nourish your body, calm your mind and help you reconnect with a sense of inner stillness.

During the session, you will be gently guided into deep relaxation as the space fills with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice and other sacred instruments.

These sounds are not only heard, they are felt. Like ripples moving through water, they travel through the body, softening tension, easing stress and supporting the nervous system to settle into rest and repair.

No experience is needed. This is a safe and welcoming space whether you are completely new to sound healing or simply craving a moment to pause. You will be invited to lie down comfortably, supported with cushions and blankets, while the sound works gently through your system.
