Join us for an evening of sacred circle, magical medicine and harmonious sound bathing - facilitated by Molly Chinner and Sean Delahay.

The Cacao Spirit is a keeper of ancient, sacred wisdom. Mama Cacao holds the vibrations of kindness, unconditional love, and joy, opening a channel for loving connection with yourself and others. Cacao's energy is healing, motherly and very gentle - speaking directly to the heart. When we connect with the heart’s energy our voice may speak from a place of deeper intelligence carrying vibrations of peace and harmony.

A Cacao Ceremony is a sacred and ancient ritual to honour the five elements and the spirits of Nature, to create a harmonious matrix with all living beings and express gratitude for Life itself. Cacao represents the way of the heart and reflects humanity's sacred connection and relationship with the land and the (un)seen worlds. The Cacao Love Club is growing - gathering people of all walks of life to sit in Circle, with kindness, to drink a cup of Chocolate together and celebrate one another.

Soundwaves are the building blocks of our universe and as people (per/son • sonic being) we are fundamentally beings woven with the threads of frequency and vibration. For many thousands of years, ancients have recognised the power of sound and music to awaken consciousness and in communion with the natural world. In this immersion, we will be bridging the worlds of sound with the kingdom of plants - Entering the cosmos of powerful, healing plant medicine to soften deeper through the layers of self and open the doors of perception.

After intentionally drinking the Cacao elixir you will be guided through an extended somatic journey to discover and embody your own vibration. Incorperating the wisdom of healing medicine, ritial and ceremony, energising breath-work, ecstatic dance and a euphoric tapestry of beats to guide you into a state of pure, creative bliss and nervous system release.

This ambient sound-trance will drive you deeper into the theta brain state to un-lock creative insights, flow states, deep emotional processing and unravel subconscious programming as well as regulating the vagus nerve to trigger a cascade of positive hormonal and neurochemical changes.

The event is open to anyone who is interested in exploring the power of sound, frequency and their inner landscape.

No prior experience with Cacao or meditation is required. However, we recommend that you come with an open mind and heart and a willingness to explore the power of your own vibration.

FAQs

WHERE IS THE CEREMONY & HOW DO I GET THERE?

The event will be held at SomaLab in Stoke Newington. The nearest tube stop is Stoke Newington and there are plenty of buses servicing the area.

WHAT DO I BRING?

Please bring along a special cup/mug or chalice for your Cacao, in the interests of sustainability we will not be providing single use cups. Please also bring along an offering for the altar (crystals, talismans, flowers, candles...) so we can coweave the magic!

WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?

18:30 arrival - 21:00 departure

CAN I DRINK CEREMONIAL CACAO IF (...)?

Ceremonial Cacao is a potent and magical plant medicine. We use the highest grade Cacao organically and ethically sourced from the Tsatayaku association in Ecuador. A ceremonial dose of Cacao is 30-40g and can have some purgative/stimulating effects due to the Theobromine and Caffeine content. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking SSRI's or have any serious health conditions please let me know beforehand so I can prepare a lower/no dose for you.

DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCED SOUND BATHING BEFORE?

All are very welcome - no sound bathing experience is necessary. Please let us know in advance if you suffer with serious heart conditions, have a pacemaker, tinitus, epilepsy or any other condition that might be effected by the vibration of sounds. We use both digital and analogue sounds.

ARE ALL ASPECTS COMPULSORY?

We'd like to create cohesion and connection amongst the group so encourage full participation. However it’s your body and your time, so if you feel called to skip an experience, it’s up to you. Please note that doing so will not affect the price in any way as all pricing is fully inclusive.
