The Equinox is a powerful time of refreshment and newness as we open our eyes to a brand new world. Shake off the dust of winter with an evening designed to recharge your batteries and bring you back home to yourself.

This is an opportunity like no other to come together in celebration of a new beginning, releasing anything that no longer serves our highest purpose and stepping into our full abundance. Sacred cacao has been used for millennia by indigeonous peoples to open the heart and awaken the soul.

A gentle and expansive plant medicine, Cacao allows us to step outside of the mind and enter the heart, clearing a pathway for our greatest wants and needs to unravel without resistance. When drunk in ceremony, Cacao can be a transformational and loving medicine. During this session we will welcome in the Cacao spirit with love as she guides our intentions into a new era of blossoming beauty.

Surrender with us as we dance through an ecstatic evening of guided and free movement, breathwork, meditation, journalling, sacred cacao and radiant sound bath facilitated by Molly Chinner, Sean Delahay, Carlo Volpi + David Tran. You'll be treated to an ambient soundscape of digital MIDI drones, gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, himalayan bowls and mantra.

Evening Flow

18:45 - Arrival and blessing

19:00 - Intention setting, opening circle + sacred Cacao ceremony

19:15 - Kundalini Awakening breathwork

19:45 - Ecstatic dance and guided free movement, DJ'd live!

20:15 - Ambient + vibrational sound bathing

21:00 - Goodbye hugs and departure

All abilities and experience levels are welcome! Please bring along your Yoga mat and some cosies and comfies to stay warm during sound bath. Blankets, bolsters, eye pillows and cushions (and PJs) all recommended!

Please come via public transport where possible, parking at Jackson's Lane and in London in general is difficult and expensive. The nearest tube stop is Highgate.

WHERE IS THE CEREMONY & HOW DO I GET THERE?

The event will be held at Jackson's Lane in Highgate. There is little available free parking - the closest station would be Highgate.

WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?

19:00 arrival - 21:00 departure

CAN I DRINK CEREMONIAL CACAO IF (...)?

Ceremonial Cacao is a potent and magickal plant medicine. I use the highest grade Cacao organically and ethically sourced from the Tsatayaku association in Ecuador. A ceremonial dose of Cacao is between 40-50g and can have some purgative/stimulating effects due to the Theobromine and Caffeine content. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking SSRI's or have any serious conditions please let me know beforehand so I can prepare a lower/no dose for you.

DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCED SOUND BATHING BEFORE?

All are very welcome - no sound bathing experience is necessary. Please let us know in advance if you suffer with serious heart conditions, have a pacemaker, tinitus, epilepsy or any other condition that might be effected by the vibration of sounds.

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS INCLUDED?

There will be an extended ecstatic embodiment/dance flow. Ecstatic dance is fun and expansive and totally self-lead. I will be guiding some prompts and exercises to break the ice, otherwise it's up to you to feel the music and move in a way that feels good for you.

ARE ALL ASPECTS COMPULSORY?

We'd like to create cohesion and connection amongst the group so encourage full participation. However it’s your body and your time, so if you feel called to skip an experience, it’s up to you. Please note that doing so will not affect the price in any way as all pricing is fully inclusive.

WHAT’S THE BOOKING POLICY?

If I have to cancel for any reason your payments are refundable in full up until March 5th. Refunds are available for customer cancellations up to and including 5th after which no refunds can be given.
