As the golden light of autumn softens and the air turns crisp, we invite you to step inside a sanctuary of warmth, comfort and seasonal nourishment.
We'll begin with a slow soothing flow, moving body and breath in harmony, an invitation to release what no longer serves you, just as the trees so gracefully let their leaves fall. All of this set to the lyrical beauty or live guitar and soulful vocals, carrying you deeper into the rhythm of the seasonal shifts.
From here, we'll drift into the stillness of restorative yin, a space where the nervous system can unwind and the body can be tenderly supported. To deepen your rest you'll receive the soft, calming touch or an aromatic essential oil head massage easing away tension and inviting ease.
Our journey together will close with a soothing sound bath, where crystal bowls and gentle vocals weave waves of sound…
