About the event

“There should be a place where only the things you want to happen, happen." - Where The Wild Things Are

Our bodies hold the key to our truest and most authentic selves.

Join Philippe Bosher of Drama Lab and Molly Chinner (@thesunshine_yogini) for a two hour exploration into embodied movement and rewilding.

The intention of this work is for you to come back to a deep and loving kinship with your body so that you may live from a place of wild instinct and authenticity. We will move, dance, play, breathe, roar, scream with wildness to come back to this place of deep truth - ourselves.

Living every moment truthfully and authentically can bring us back to a childlike sense of curiosity that helps us cultivate a sense of exploration, without the walls of the ego. Using somatic, yogic, theatric and ancient embodiment practices you will be guided to tap into your body's natural impulses, desires, urges and creativity to step into your full, wild and empowered self.

We are being faced with an energetic and global turning inwards. This is a fantastic opportunity to tune in, get curious and reflect on the subtle language of the body.

All you need to take part in this workshop is a body and the capacity to breathe. Come as you are. All bodies welcome.
