Sound constitutes the whole living universe. Everything is made of frequency and vibration. Sound healing is based on the principles that everything has its own unique frequency - and through applying therapeutic and healing vibrations the mind, body and spirit can reach a greater sense of harmony.

Sound healing can help to 'retune' the body to a set of more helpful resonances supporting overall health and wellness. Sound healing can be helpful for relieving symptoms of many common ailments, mental health disorders and conditions - a sonic tonic of respite from our fast-paced world.

Sound and music has a way of soothing us and speaking to our hearts more than anything else can.

"My own approach comes through a blending of traditional folk song with grounding instruments (such as drums), Nada Yoga (An Eastern approach to sound healing, using the sounds of Shruti drones and sacred Mantra) and the angelic chimes of my precious crystal alchemy bowls. You can expect to feel fully held and cocooned in a blissful container of sound and vibration. The sounds I select and weave will be organic on the day and my intention is always to meet you where you are."

What to expect...

You can expect to be tucked up in a warm and fluffy blanket, supported by cushions and bolsters and to be guided deep into nervous system rest.

You can expect to leave feeling a little calmer and more centred. Perhaps restored and nourished by the gentle harmonies and lullabies.

Other than the above, it is best to come without too many expectations. The sound will meet you where you are and deliver what you need in that moment without your intervention. You will be safe to relax, lie back and be taken on a journey.
