Gather with us beneath the glow of the full moon for a tender, heart-led evening woven for a small circle of just four souls. This is a space to exhale, soften, and listen inwardly - a gentle sanctuary guided by the flickering of candlelight - where the full moon can meet you exactly as you are.
We’ll begin with warm ceremonial cacao to open the heart and steady the nervous system, easing you into a state of presence and receptivity. From here, a guided full moon meditation will carry you into the deeper tides of your inner landscape - the places ready to be witnessed, released and illuminated.
You’ll be guided through reflective journalling and intention setting, honouring the themes of this moon and the truths rising within your own body and breath.
