Join us at the beautiful s0ma Home, Stoke Newington for a blissful afternoon of sisterhood and high vibrations. This is an opportunity to come together in a community of supportive women, to releasing anything that no longer serves our highest purpose and step into our full, feminine abundance. Connecting with the radiant energy of the divine, feminine frequency that flows freely through all living things. 

You will be guided through a radiant afternoon of crystalline sound healing, with the accompaniment of hands-on angelic reiki healing and chanelled lemurian light language - lead by Molly Anne Chinner and Pauline O'Grady. 

The frequency of the divine feminine is alive in all things. She breathes through the wind and laughs in the face of the waves. She guides us to awakening to our true selves and gently reveals what is buried within the layers of our hearts. Using the universal power of high vibration, you will be guided through a sonic journey to meet the feminine frequency in yourself - weaving through beautiful mantras, chanelled light language and accompanied by the pure chimes of the alchemical crystal bowls. 

Angelic Reiki is a beautiful journey of self-discovery to guide you powerfully into who you truly are. 

All Angels, Ascended Masters, Star Seeds and Spirit Guides are here to serve and empower us in our life journey and  may cause an extraordinary shift in your life. Working with angelic guides, we take a journey together of healing, releasing energetic blocks, past life karma and healing the etheric body and so much more to release all that no longer serves you. As we travel through this lifetime our body holds trauma energetically and this work helps to encourage the release of any old trauma from all of the energy bodies. This beautiful healing medium can be profound, awakening and offer deep insights into the truth of your heart. Pauline will be accompanying this journey with the beautiful Lemurian language of light - helping to activate your light body into 5D. 

No prior experience is required. However, we recommend that you come with an open mind and heart and a willingness to explore the power of your own feminine frequency.

• Closing circle, grounding snacks + goodbye hugs

All abilities, ages (under 16's must be accompanied by an adult) and experience levels are welcome! Please bring along your cosies and comfies to stay warm during sound bath.

FAQs

WHERE IS THE SESSION & HOW DO I GET THERE?

The event will be held at SomaLab in Stoke Newington. The nearest tube stop is Stoke Newington and there are plenty of buses servicing the area. Please do not expect to drive - there is very little parking available nearby and parking in London is generaly expensive and inaccessible. 

WHAT DO I BRING/WEAR?

Please wear something white or light in colour. We ask that you also bring along some flowers, talismans, crystals and beautiful totems to co-weave an intentional altar. You may also want to bring along comfies and extra mats/blankets/bolsters and an eye pillow for the most supported experience. 

WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?

14:50 arrival - 18:00 departure. Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can begin on time. Late comers unfortunately will not be able to gain access so as not to disturb the energetic flow of the group. 

DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCED SOUND BATHING OR REIKI HEALING BEFORE?

All are very welcome - no experience is necessary. Please let us know in advance if you are pregnant, suffer with serious heart conditions, have a pacemaker, tinitus, epilepsy or any other condition that might be effected by the vibration of sounds. 

ARE ALL ASPECTS COMPULSORY?

We'd like to create cohesion and connection amongst the group so encourage full participation. However it’s your body and your time, so if you feel called to skip an experience, it’s up to you. Please note that doing so will not affect the price in any way as all pricing is fully inclusive.

WHAT’S THE BOOKING POLICY?

If I have to cancel for any reason your payments are refundable in full up until 48 hours prior after which no refunds can be offered. Full Ts + Cs available on booking.
