Service Description

A shorter form sound healing sessions for those who are new to exploring sonic realms or shorter on time. You'll be guided into a state of deep rest and replenishment through the use of highly tuned alchemical crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, rattles, drones, medicine chants, Tibetan singing bowls, pure vocal tones and the sounds of mother Earth. Working therapeutically with sound can have profound results in the mind, body and spirit. Sound healing can be beneficial for helping with energetic balance, emotional release, physical healing and nervous system regulation along with endless mental and spiritual benefits. Regular sound healing sessions can have profound and magical effects as the vibrations work to shift any stagnations in the energetic field out from the body - creating space for healing to occur. You will receive a unique vocal sound healing experience through this transmission. Light language is essentially pure light channelled through voice. It is a multi-dimensional form of communication. This is a language that is not understood by the mind but received deeply into the soul. It is a high frequency modality that creates healing imprints on the mind, body and soul, inviting an elevation of your vibration to embody more of your highest self. It is a form of sound healing that can help us connect with higher realms of consciousness. Each session is adapted intuitively to your needs. I invite healing, protective energy into the space to work through me during the session, for you to receive in any way you need. Sometimes people feel very 'physical' sensations and shifts happening in the body and energy throughout the session, sometimes the journey is more emotional or restful. Each moment brings a unique medicine. Sessions will be conducted from my private healing space in Hertfordshire or online. I can travel upon request but travel costs will be additional.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please leave at least 24 hours before the session begins. If you cancel within this timeframe without extenuating circumstances you may still incur the charge for the class/session you were booked in for.
