Designed and tailored for you to suit your personal needs and goals, following a FREE consultation to outline any focus points, issues, injuries or areas of concentration.


Release, restore and energise the body and mind with a fusion of posture, breath work and meditation. Work deeper into your understanding of individual poses, philosophy and breath and deepen your relationship with this ancient practice with a class that is tailor-designed just for you.  

What I offer...

Find a deeper understanding and direction within your practice with a 6, 8 or 12 week programme designed especially for you. Sessions are 60 - 90 minutes each and can be taken in person (London) or on ZOOM. I also offer one off sessions for wellness parties or posture correction.

I also offer bespoke Meditation privates and programmes for those seeking innate stillness or to deepen their practice.
