WINTER SOLSTICE: Women's Circle + Sound Journey (Online)

The Winter Solstice is a time of deep rest and hibernation. The moment in the Wheel of the Year marking true midwinter, the Solstice is a time for honouring our inner self, curling inward to rest in gratitude and seed new years intentions to be rooted in the fertile darkness of the frozen earth. 

A Women’s Circle is an ancient practice and place for women to be held, heard, seen and supported. Join us in circle where our practices and rituals will focus on honouring rest and rooting in gratitude. We will gather as a unique constellation of women in a safe space to share our stories; connect with intention; embrace the power of deep relaxation and be with our divine self.

This space is open and welcoming for anyone who identifies with the female experience. Non-binary and gender fluid folk welcome. 

This circle will open with a Solstice ritual + sharing space, then flow into an online sound journey - guiding you through the frozen forests of midwinter.

• Quiet space + headphones
• Zoom account + internet connection
