Welcoming you to a brand new sound immersion in Ivinghoe to honour the passing of the seasons - held by local musician and holistic sound artist Molly Chinner.

Sound bathing is a beautiful resting practice, designed to soothe you in mind, body and spirit. 

It doesn't involve water (!) but you will be 'bathed' in a cocoon of pure and healing vibrations, guiding you to reach a greater sense of harmony. Sound healing can help to 'retune' any dissonance in the body to a set of more helpful, harmonic resonances supporting overall health and wellness. Sound healing can be helpful for relieving symptoms of many common ailments, mental health disorders and conditions - a sonic tonic of respite from our fast-paced world.
