 In this session, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation as the space fills with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other sacred instruments. These sounds aren’t just heard—they are felt. They move through the body like ripples on water, gently dissolving stress, loosening tension, and helping the nervous system settle into a state of rest and repair.
