Join us for a deeply restorative afternoon as Molly guides you through a special NYE sound bath, designed to help you release the past year and set clear intentions for the year ahead.
Immerse yourself in a cocoon of sound as highly tuned crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, digital drones, and natural tones wash over you, guiding the body into deep relaxation and the mind into stillness.
We’ll also explore a guided intention-setting practice, helping you connect with your hopes and dreams for the year to come - grounding your intentions in the body and heart as well as the mind.
